Stats of My Life
Hi everyone,
This is the first writing on Medium for me. Until today I was on the reader side, now I also use as a writer after closing my website. I closed my website due to wasting time about technical problems and maintanence fee(as you know 1$ is equal to 8 Turkish liras because of Berat Albayrak and his father in law).
Today I would like to write about my stats of being active and sportive. Years by years I’m trying to keep recording via apps and spreadsheets for three years(such as google tables and MS Excel). Before you asking me, I don’t remember how and why I started this job.
My writing contains;

2. Workouts
3. Water Consumption
4. Sleep Time
5. Stand Activity
- Steps
From 2015 I keep recording daily steps with my phone, band wrist and apple watch. I can surely say 2020 was really useful for me.
2. Workouts
Thanks to works from home instead of using office(wasting time in traffic and increasing stress) I had more time to do sport such as cycling, walking and running. I have no data for 2015 and 2016.
3. Water Consumption
There is no reason to explain this graph. I blame myself. From 2019 to 2020 consumption is falling a little bit.
Water consumption is really important for which has kidney stone in family or himself. Its commonly genetically so you need get hydrated enough everyday. You can find more data in this link and see how much water you should drink approximately.
4. Sleep Time
Apple has released SleepTime with iOS13. I deleted my sleeping data (which has before 2019) accidently therefore I can only show from the 2020.
Actually this graph does not represent the truth not so well. Charcing phone and apple watch is causes lack of data. Technology needs to solve battery problem in near future :)
5. Stand Activity
Nowadays I measure stand hours to see my daily activity.
In Apple Watch, device send a reminder every hour to stand up . I have to stand up and move around over 12 hours to aim my goal.
As a result, I had an opportunity to show my statistical figures. Over five years I’m trying to improve my body health but many times I had failed. I publish this writing because I don’t want to be fail once more time. In new years eve I’m going to publish another writing to show my goal of 2021.
